so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
Great Southwest Family Dental
does
not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

We are please that you have insurance benefits to help you with your dental care. We will submit all claims for you and will do our utmost to help you derive the maximum benefits allowed by your plan. Please contact us regarding any changes in your insurance to help keep our records current.
Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. The amount of coverage depends on the plan your employer has purchased. If your policy states that it will pay 100% on a particular treatment, it often means 100% of the fee chosen by the insurance company, not the actual fee charged. The most common coverage range falls between 40% and 80%.
We accepts all plans that allow you to go the dentist of your choice. Due to variations in policies, it is difficult to give you guaranteed quotes on the reimbursement amount. We can estimate your portion based on past payment history, but it is only an estimate. If you would like an exact quote we can file a preauthorization on your behalf. However, this may delay treatment. You can feel comforted to know that the quality of care will not change based on insurance coverage.
